1. Data content of the register
The following information is stored in the register: The customer’s first and last name, customer number, address information, telephone number, gender, email, www address, language, information about marketing permissions and prohibitions, as well as information about the customer’s purchase transactions, deliveries and discounts, and any usernames and passwords.

3. Regular data sources
From the customer themselves, via online store orders, return and other forms, by phone, email or other similar means.
4. Transfer of data to third parties
Personal data is not routinely disclosed to third parties. Personal data is processed in accordance with the controller’s valid data protection regulations. The controller has the right to disclose personal data within the limits permitted and required by valid legislation, e.g. when responding to requests for information from authorities.

Aerofind Oy does not transfer or process data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
6. Principles of register protection
The register information is stored on an appropriately secured server and is only accessible to persons pre-defined by Aerofind Oy.
7. The data subject’s right to object
The data subject has the right to prohibit the controller from processing personal data concerning him or her for the purposes of direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing, as well as market and opinion research, as well as civil registry and genealogy research. The prohibition must be made in writing and addressed to the person responsible for registration matters.
8. The data subject’s right to inspect
The data subject has the right to check what information about him or her has been stored in the personal register. The inspection request must be sent in writing and signed to the person responsible for the register (contact details mentioned in section 2).
9. Data retention and data correction
We retain the data for the time necessary to be able to act in accordance with this statement. Personal data from customer accounts that are not active will be deleted no later than five years after the last activity. Some of the data must be retained for longer due to accounting obligations, as required by law.
The controller corrects, deletes or supplements personal data in the register that is incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated in terms of the purpose of the processing, on its own initiative or at the request of the data subject. The data subject must contact the person responsible for the register matters of the controller to correct the information.
