Return policy

Aerofind has a 14-day return policy. The products must be in their original package, unused and undamaged, with product identification and labels in place.

With the return method offered by Aerofind, the return is free of charge for you one time. If you return all the items in your order, we will also refund the delivery costs of your order. Pack the products in the original packaging. Fold the textiles neatly and protect all products to make sure they stay clean and undamaged during transport. Seal the packages with a moderate amount of tape.

Return instructions

Step 1. Fill out the return form that came with your order.
Step 2. Mark the items you wish to return on the dispatch list you received with the parcel and attach the list to your return.
Step 3. You can return the products using the delivery method you chose for the original delivery.Pack the items to be mailed carefully in their original packaging.

Returning a Posti delivery

Attach the return label that came with the parcel to the top of the parcel so that it covers the original address information. Take the parcel to a Posti outlet and make sure you get a receipt for the return.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange an item ordered from the online store, you must return the item to be exchanged according to our return instructions and place a new order for the desired item. Once we have received the returned item that meets our return policy, we will refund the price to the credit or bank account used for the original purchase. If you return all items from an order of multiple items, we will also refund the shipping costs for the order. We will charge the shipping costs for the new item as normal.

RETURN TERMS

The returned product must be in its original packaging, in its original condition. The returned product must have all product labels and tags in place. The returned product must not have been substantially altered. The return must include all parts, accessories and any accessories. If the product has been used or handled carelessly, the customer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the product up to its full value.

If the returned product complies with our return terms, the money will be returned via Paytrail, which handles the payment transactions of the Aerofind.fi online store, to the credit or bank account that was used to pay for the order. Regarding the return, Paytrail will send a request to the email address shown on the order to confirm the account number.

rofind Oy is responsible for the postage costs of products returned by post under normal circumstances. Failure to pick up the product from the delivery location when the customer has not made an explicit return notification is considered a cancellation of the order.
